On Tuesday January 26, 2010 Ann Monroe, President of the Community Health Foundation of Western and Central New York, spoke to the Junior League of Buffalo about the significant healthcare issues in Western New York, and the steps the Community Health Foundation of Western and Central New York is taking to address the issues. Ms. Monroe’s presentation addressed such issues as rise of chronic conditions in WNY, the aging population, and the health care services available to children in economical depressed areas.
